Two weeks of hands-on learning, fun, and inspiration:
A unique summer programme for students aged 15 and above residing in Switzerland, offering a first glimpse into the worlds of hospitality, business, and culinary arts — no prior experience required. The programme is delivered in English, so participants should have at least an intermediate level (around the 3rd year of secondary school or higher).
What to Expect:
- Discovery days in Lucerne with workshops in Business, Hotel Management & Culinary Arts
- Create your own chocolate, mix mocktails, and participate in show cooking sessions
